Terms of Service

1. The Service

TheStreamPlug provides access to IPTV content for personal, non-commercial use only. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to stream content for your own private viewing. Credentials issued to your account must not be shared with others or used to resell access in any form. The service includes live channels, video on demand (VOD), and electronic program guide (EPG) data.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use TheStreamPlug. One free trial is permitted per account — duplicate or fraudulent trial accounts are prohibited. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

TheStreamPlug offers the following subscription plans: $15/month, $85 for 6 months, and $150 for 12 months. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before your access period expires. Full payment is required upfront before credentials are issued. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Free Trial

New customers are eligible for a 24-hour free trial with no payment required. The trial provides full access to the service and is limited to one per person, household, or account. Attempts to claim multiple trials using different names, email addresses, or payment methods are a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once streaming credentials have been delivered to your account. We strongly encourage new customers to take advantage of the free 24-hour trial to evaluate service quality and compatibility with your devices before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal use only. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or sublicensing access to TheStreamPlug
• Sharing your credentials with individuals outside your household
• Using the service for any commercial or public performance purpose
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source data from the service
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the service
• Interfering with or disrupting the service infrastructure or servers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Service Availability

TheStreamPlug operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the service. Occasional outages, buffering, or interruptions may occur due to factors including maintenance, upstream provider issues, or network conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. TheStreamPlug is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from service downtime or unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content streamed through TheStreamPlug — including live channels, movies, and television programs — remains the intellectual property of the respective copyright holders. TheStreamPlug does not claim ownership of any streamed content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access will remain active through the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. TheStreamPlug reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TheStreamPlug expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any content delivered through the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheStreamPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall TheStreamPlug's total liability to you for any claims related to these terms exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

TheStreamPlug reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of these terms will always be available at this URL.
