Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TheStreamPlug website or purchasing any subscription. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
TheStreamPlug provides access to an internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming service, including live channels, video on demand (VOD), and related features ("the Service"). Access is granted via login credentials delivered to your registered email address upon successful payment.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your credentials with any third party.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a subscription. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
One free trial is permitted per account. Attempts to create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials may result in account termination.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
TheStreamPlug offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly: $15.00, billed each month
- 6-Month: $85.00, billed once every 6 months
- 12-Month: $150.00, billed once every 12 months
All prices are listed in US dollars. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you enable auto-renewal in your account. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before it expires to maintain uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
4. Free Trial
TheStreamPlug offers a 24-hour free trial to new customers. The trial is available once per account and is intended for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to revoke trial access at our discretion if misuse is suspected.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of credentials upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been provisioned. We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of the free 24-hour trial before purchasing a paid subscription.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact support and we will work to resolve it promptly.
6. Acceptable Use
By using the Service you agree not to:
- Share, sell, or distribute your login credentials to any other person
- Use the Service for any commercial or resale purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.
TheStreamPlug is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service is the property of its respective owners. TheStreamPlug does not claim ownership of any third-party content accessible via the Service. You agree to use the Service only in a manner consistent with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at billing.thestreamplug.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheStreamPlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the United States.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
